How to use: 1. Dip brush once and apply to skin along upper lash line of both eyes. Do not wash.
2. Let dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products. It is not necessary to apply on the lower lash line.

Use twice a day, morning and evening, on clean, dry skin.
